4. What guarantees and assurances does 24Seven provide?

For most outsourcing projects, 24Seven assures satisfaction to new clients through a pilot implementation. This pilot period can usually run from 1 to 4 weeks with no binding obligation. At the end of the trial period, you pay us only if you are satisfied with our work. We also provide honest client references for transparency.

5. Are there any set-up cost or other fees?

There are no set-up fees when outsourcing to 24Seven. We absorb such costs while you only pay for the service rendered. You gain scalability with 24Seven because you have no capital investment requirements.

6. How do I communicate with my remote staff?

We have premium office spaces with efficient telecommunications networks. We also have the proper IT systems in place to allow for convenient, safe and secure file sharing and transfer. Typically, our clients use one or more of the following methods for communication:

  • Email
  • Instant Messaging
  • E-Fax

Whatever your preferred methods are for communicating, 24Seven has a plan in place that allows for easy and timely communication.

7. Who trains and manages my remote staff?

Your remote staff receives training, instruction, and day-to-day supervision from our management team of highly-skilled professionals. In turn, our management team will receive direction and general guidelines from you. Our business model was developed to free you from management duties while giving you peace of mind.

8. Am I hurting the economy by outsourcing and moving jobs overseas?

The choice to use offshore labor is no different than any other business decision that lowers the cost of production. It is similar to buying from the supplier with the best price or finding a better way to get work done. The laws of economics state that every business decision that improves the efficiency of production benefits the economy as a whole (though it may not benefit a specific group or individual) through less expensive goods and services. It is important that you have a sound business reason for outsourcing. You also have to encourage participation and communication from your peers and stakeholders in the outsourcing implementation process to address concerns and misperceptions.

9. What are your payment terms?

You will receive an invoice every two weeks or monthly for our services. We usually allow a minimum of 7-day payment periods from the date of receipt of invoice. These terms depend on the amount of monthly billing.

10. Do you customize contracts for clients? Is there a minimum contract period?

Since we offer customized services, we also offer you customized contracts. Usually, contract duration ranges from 3 – 12 months.

11. Will the vendor be fair and transparent in his financial dealings with us?

24Seven discloses complete and detailed pricing scenarios. We also release financial statements to ensure you of our stability and long-term viability.

12. What are the effects of your employee attrition on me?

One of 24Seven’s contingency measures is to cross-train employees. We also maintain sufficient buffer capacity to take care of such events. You do not need to worry about human resources issues at all.

13. What are your hours of operations?
